Gifted by Neil Farrell to Karl Gilmore, one of the Trusts trustees, this old Smithfield butchers cleaver had been left to rot at a family allotment for over 20yrs.
A refurbish, re-edge and re-handle, this lovely piece is now pride of place at Hanks’ Meat & Game, a family-run, award-winning butchers in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
